The Rostrinucula dependens is a very beautiful semi-shrub. It is a free-flowing shrub in summer
and autumn with hanging pink flower sprays that somewhat resemble those of the butterfly-bush. It
will draw many butterflies and other garden friends searching for nectar. The plant would welcome
a sunny position. There is no need for pruning as the above-ground section of the plant dies off in
winter and re-grows again in spring. You can easily prune the dead branches. The height and width are
approximately 120cm. It will grow in any well-draining soil.
