- The Nandina domestica Obsessed is an evergreen shrub, the foliage of which turns a warm red in spring.
Its summer foliage is green. In fall and winter its leaves turn a lovely purple red. The plant is also known
as Heavenly bamboo, but it has nothing to do with bamboo. This Nandina grows beautifully compact and
reaches a height and width of around 60cm. It may be pruned, but is not necessary. It is a hardy plant, but
can lose some of its leaves in extreme frost. Grows in any not-too-wet soil. Protected plant variety no. EU
