This beautiful, tropical palm is also known as the European dwarf palm. This is in fact the only palm species native to Europe. If this is not the case, then it's time to water this palm a little. This palm originates from an area where the sun shines more often than here in the Netherlands. So it can stand some sunlight and likes to be in full sun.
