Culvita Cactus and succulents soil

Specially formulated for cacti and succulents. The mixture is tailored to the most ideal conditions for these plants; sparse and dry.

What is it suitable for:
Culvita Cactus soil is used for potting and repotting cacti and succulents.

What it is not suitable for:
Cactus soil has no restrictions in principle but application to other plants is not recommended

Properties:
In the composition of Culvita cactus soil, strict requirements are imposed on the raw materials chosen. Only raw materials that meet the manufacturer's standards are used. Sand, for instance, has been added to this product. The addition of sand makes the soil airy and improves water permeability. Cacti and succulents do not like soil that is too moist.

Application:
Repot cacti and succulents in a small pot every year. For plants in a large pot, this can be done every two to three years. Preferably before they flower in spring.

Remove the old soil as much as possible.
Sprinkle a layer of Cactus soil in the pot or container and place the cacti or succulents on it.
Top up all around and keep pressing lightly.
Give a little water.

Although this product contains a fertiliser, it will be necessary to fertilise over time. This depends on the needs of your plants. Use a special cactus food for this purpose. Cacti and succulents have a growing, flowering and dormant period. These differ per plant. Provide extra light or possibly direct sunlight during the growing period. Give little or no water or nutrition during the dormant period.
